A NEW Journey Has Begun!

And I finally became an AKA…

I am so full of happiness because this was only a dream, and I caught it. As I mentioned in January I listed a few goals to accomplish and I completed three so far and it is ONLY the third month. I recently came out to the world as an ALPHA WOMAN! A new path, a new page, and more women that I have grown to love in my life! The thrill, the happiness, and the light shows in my face. Making my decision was not a hard one. The ladies before me set a great example and set a very high standard. To reach it? I did and this is why I am proud to proclaim that I am finally a woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

Greek Fraternities and Sororities

Joining an organization on campus like a fraternity or sorority is NOT for everyone! You have to see what relates to you and if it interests you. There is more to these organizations than strolling and showing off your letters. What comes with it is your TIME and your ATTENTION. If you can not make time for something then you truly do not want it!
